A Problem Aroused

Sunday, January 31, was the blessing of our Lying-In clinic. My mother instructed me not to go to the practice of Saliw in school, instead, help in the preparation for the blessing. Of course, I cannot go to school or go somewhere else without my parent's permission so I just stayed and helped in. I transferred many things from our house to the clinic. I did it alone because I was the only male who was around. My brother was in our cousin's house and he was not yet going home because maybe he was still sleeping by that time because it was only about 6:00 to 6:30 in the morning that time. My father was in church that time. He was serving as a Lay Minister then he goes to different barangays to lead the mass. This means, I have to do everything that has to be done. The most difficult thing I did was to carry four whole watermelons and bring it to the clinic. I picked up the watermelons to its dealer. I think the distance from the watermelon dealer from our clinic was about on kilometer so I carried all four watermelons going to our clinic with no one helping me. I was really tired that day but it was OK because I understand why I was doing that. This week, a problem aroused. The problem was about our play. Our lead actress, Mizpah, accepted an offer to join the Jazz Chant and the class agreed to change the actress for the role of Giselle, the lead character. It was decided that Ariane will act as Giselle. Then, we discovered that Mizpah was rejected from the Jazz Chanters because of her movement. Now, because Ariane already accepted the role, we just continued to make the play with Ariane as Giselle. Mizpah's father went to school and they said that Mizpah cried because of that replacement so Ma'am Mae had to talk to us because she is concerned to this matter because we are talking of the play which was a requirement for her subject. We made sure that we fixed the problem with ourselves so we said sorry to Mizpah for the wrong things we have done. I really hope the play is going to go well.

Blog Ended.
