Yehey! Welcome Delegates!
This week, we were all preparing for the RSHS Summit. Tuesday, we arranged the banderitas in front of the Physics Laboratory up to the front of the Administration Building. It was fun hanging those banderitas. I think, only about 10 people was doing those banderitas but after lunch, when Ma'am Mae already went to the place, all 3rd year boys were helping already so it was finished earlier because many were already working compared earlier. That day, I brought my cellphone but I was only able to use it when it was already dismissal time and I was already in our service. The next day, polishing of the steps for the mass demonstration was made. This was also done to the Saliw performers. This day, I also brought my cellphone and I send messages to my schoolmates who also bring their cellphones. One of my textmates was Maryel, a second year student from the Nitrogen class. She was also bringing her cellphone to school. Thursday came and we were all excited. I changed my clothes at about 10:30 in the morning because they said that the delegates may already come. I saw two very beautiful delegates from Region 3 accompanied by John Paul to the comfort room. They were examples of Pinay Beauty! After performing the mass demonstration, we changed in our costumes for the folk dance. The happenings and the scene was really like the concert except that it was not dark unlike when the concert was held. After the performance, we had the meeting and had pictures in the background because it might be repainted when we come back. There was drama because the seniors said that they will miss all of us. The next day, I still brought my cellphone and used it when there was no class. In the afternoon, the COCC were called again and I decided not to join anymore. Ate Karla and Kuya Mac John went in our room to convince me to join again but I really didn't want to join anymore. I went to the part near the Maliksi Building where the benches were positioned because Ate Lorena and the others told me that we are going to have a household so I went there. We also went to the stage to have pictures. When I got home, I continued texting. Maryel had a group message saying that she cried so I tried to comfort her and she stopped crying. I told her that I would call her so that she would be OK. I used the telephone and we talked for quite a long time and she was thanking me.

Preparations for the RSHS Summit!
This week, we are all busy in preparing ourselves for the upcoming RSHS Summit that will be hosted by our school. Saliw will not join the mass demonstration as instructed by our principal. Instead, we are the ones assigned to assist the delegates. This whole week, Saliw are very busy in preparing the mass demonstration participants. This is because we were the ones thinking of steps for the mass demonstration. Jap, Lance, and I are the ones in charge of thinking steps for the Juniors. We thought of the step of the seniors in the part "Hey Mickey your so fine! Your so fine you blow my mind! Hey Mickey! Hey Mickey!" Because the Juniors' props are slings, we thought that suspension will look good as a step for them. After the suspension step, we imitated the step of the Freshmen and the Sophomore in the later part so that there is uniformity. (Wow! Improving! LOL) We were also the ones who thought of the step for the 3rd year and 4th year part with the help of Ma'am Mae because she knows the original steps for the song. The Saliw performers were also practicing the folk dance that will also be shown to the delegates.I was one of the Tinikling Dancers. Late this week, they told me that I will not a dancer anymore. Instead, I was one of the "Pukpok" boys. Also Kuya Mac John was a "Pukpok" boy. We were really excited for the summit because we are going to have a mini concert or a repeat performance of our dance concert but only selected performances were going to be shown. I hope there are many beautiful delegates that will come. :)

Saliw! Saliw! Saliw!
Sunday, my parents did not allow me to go to school for practice. I went with my father, my cousins, and my brother to Villa Tanza. My father arranged pipes there because it was leaking. I am not doing anything so I just read my book and did my assignment. When I was bored in doing these, I played with my cousin. One time, I carried my cousin and he thought that I am going to drop him in the bushes so he touched my left eye and it ached badly. My left eye became red and it was also teary so I was not able to read my book properly. After that, we went to Gym in Tanza Municipal Hall to fetch my mother because we are going to SM Rosario. When we reached SM Rosario, we went to the Supermarket. Then we separated ways. My cousins and brother went to the gaming station, my parents to the appliance center (i think), and I went to the department store. I was looking for a good jogging pants because I only have 2 jogging pants and its material is not what I like most. It's not that comfortable for me. I also looked for checkered polo because I want to have at least 2 checkered polos and I already have one. After going to SM, We went to Paradahan to celebrate the fiesta there. After that, I had my haircut. All of us were confused if we are still suspended or not. I decided not to go to school because my eye really ached. March 1, it was my father's birthday. Another reason why I stayed at home so that I would not miss the celebration. The next day, our Saliw adviser announced that we are going to be excused for the rest of the week so that we can be able to practice for our dance concert. So that was what we did for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Friday that week, some of the alumni went to school to practice the Final Performance wherein all of the performers are going to dance. Also that day, my favorite number was thought to us, which is the Final Performance. The moment we have been waiting for came. Saturday, we went to school for the arrangement of the place and for the last practice. The chairs were set, the sounds, the lights, the background was already set for already quite a long time. That day, a nickname was given to me, Dodong. Dodong is a gay house boy who lived in Bohol and has a mysterious boyfriend. He always asks advance payment from his boss, Senorita Mildred, for his make-up and now, for his fare so that he can introduce his boyfriend to his family in Bohol. LOL. We stayed in Ariane's house first to watch a movie before we come back to school. When we came back, we immediately changed our clothes and were ready to perform. The night went well and we were very happy that the people enjoyed our concert. That night, I was so happy and proud that I was a Saliw member. This whole week was a blast! I really love dancing. I love Saliw

A Week of Many Aspects
In my last blog, I said that I was going to tell an unforgettable thing that happened to me last week and here is one. I included this in this blog because my last blog was already long. OK here it goes. Last Friday, I had a dream that I will never ever forget. In this dream, I was riding a van or a bus (I can't remember what vehicle it was.) I was with Tosca in the back seat and we were beside each other. My hand was on her back and we were chatting. I didn't know what was on my mind and I immediately kissed her on her cheeks. She hit me but it was not hard. She asked me why I kissed her and I said nothing. She said that I should not do it again. The dream continued and we were chatting again and I asked her if I may kiss her. She pointed her cheeks and said, "Oh!" I asked her, "Akala ko ba bawal? E, bakit nakaganyan ka?" I was surprised with her answer. She told me, "Kanina kasi hindi ka nagpaalam. Puwede naman e, magpaalam ka lang!" Then I kissed her again. Then we continued chatting and my dream ended. When I woke up, a smile immediately appeared in my face. This is my most unforgettable dream. Sunday this week, I, together with Abby, went to a place called Munting Paraiso because we were both chosen as speakers for the Kid's Session. Our talk went well. After that, I went home and prepared myself to go to school but again, my mother did not allow me to go because she told me that I should help in the preparation of my grandmother's 63rd birthday. The birthday went really well and it was also like a reunion for us. The next day, I went to Maragondon because we were making the props and background for our play. These week, we were receiving bad comments because of the mass cheating that happened in our class. I felt safe because the only ones who's parents are going to be called are those who uses kodigo and I know in myself that I do not use kodigo. Thursday afternoon, Ma'am Arceo told us that we should call all our parents. All of our parents came for the meeting and all of us were suspended except for three people. Our first day of suspension was the birthday of Arrenzo Perea. Saturday, I did not go to the general practice of Saliw because I was grounded and stayed at home. This week, many things happened, positive and negative. Ihope all nthe negative becomes positive and all positive remains.

Sad Valentine's Day, Periodic Tests, and more...*sigh*
Like what I said in my previous blog, I am going to tell what happened in the Valentine's Special Program of YFC Trece. First, I went to the Saliw practice in school. I was laughing at my co-Saliw members including ate Lorena and ate Jamare because they were "bitter". They greet us with Happy Chinese New Year instead of Happy Valentine's Day because they do not have a Valentine or a date. Tosca texted me that morning and I asked if she was going to attend the program. She said that she will try and ask permission to her parents if she can go. I told her that I am looking forward to seeing her. I expected that she would go. That morning, we went on with the practice and Ma'am Mae got angry to us. I was afraid that she will not allow me to go to the program but I really have to go because I was one of the organizers of the program. I asked permission to our adviser and she said "Bahala nga kayo!" I was afraid to go but I still leave because I really need to. I arrived in Trece just in time for the preparations. We had an opening worship, then we had an activity. After that, Ate Witty and Kuya Ervin shared about their experiences. While they were sharing, I asked Tosca if she will still go. I was sad because she told me she won't go anymore and I was really disappointed. I was expecting her and since then, my mood changed. After the sharing of Ate Witty and Kuya Ervin, we went away to buy food for ourselves. I told my cousin and Abby about what I was feeling. They told us that it was OK and that I should just not mind it but I can't. That whole day, my mood was not good. Tuesday and Wednesday, we had our Periodic Tests. I admit, I copied many answers in many subjects. Wednesday, we had the Meeting de Avance and it went well. The next day, we had the election. The next days, we checked the RAT of students from Dasmarinas. Saturday, I went to practice in school and Ma'am Mae got angry at us because when she was asking us what we want, we didn't talk so she sent us home. We went out first. Then we came back to talk to the officers and there was drama in the place. We all decided to come back after lunch and wait for the text message of our adviser. I, Lance, and Jap went to the Polar Building because my classmates are there for our props. After some time, Ma'am allowed us to practice the Opening Performance. After practice, we went home and rested. Many unforgettable things happened this week. I'm going to say another on my next blog because this is already long so wait for my next entry.

Quite Ordinary . . .
Sunday, as usual, we had practice in school for our Saliw Dance Concert. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to go to practice because my parents did not allow me again to join the practice. They said I had to go with them in accompanying my sister to her dorm in Manila so I went with them. We went to SM Mall of Asia to mall. There, we ate and I looked for the book that we need for our book report. The book was entitled "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time". Unfortunately, I was not able to find it. After that, we went to the convent to visit my aunt who is a nun. Then we accompanied my sister to her dorm. We were supposed to go to the World Trade Center but we were not able to go because it was already getting late and there were many people there so we decided not to go. The next days were ordinary. We continued practicing for the play. Saturday, I stayed at home then went to mass when it was already 5:30 in the evening. There I saw Abby Molina, the cluster head of Trece. After the mass, we planned the Valentine's Special Program of YFC Trece. We decided to do it in the Bahay Kubo of my aunt in Gold Crest Village in Trece. We visited it that night and we were happy because my aunt allowed us to do the event there and it was really fitted for the event. If you want to know what happened in the Valentine's Special Program of YFC Trece, then wait for my next blog.

A Problem Aroused
Sunday, January 31, was the blessing of our Lying-In clinic. My mother instructed me not to go to the practice of Saliw in school, instead, help in the preparation for the blessing. Of course, I cannot go to school or go somewhere else without my parent's permission so I just stayed and helped in. I transferred many things from our house to the clinic. I did it alone because I was the only male who was around. My brother was in our cousin's house and he was not yet going home because maybe he was still sleeping by that time because it was only about 6:00 to 6:30 in the morning that time. My father was in church that time. He was serving as a Lay Minister then he goes to different barangays to lead the mass. This means, I have to do everything that has to be done. The most difficult thing I did was to carry four whole watermelons and bring it to the clinic. I picked up the watermelons to its dealer. I think the distance from the watermelon dealer from our clinic was about on kilometer so I carried all four watermelons going to our clinic with no one helping me. I was really tired that day but it was OK because I understand why I was doing that. This week, a problem aroused. The problem was about our play. Our lead actress, Mizpah, accepted an offer to join the Jazz Chant and the class agreed to change the actress for the role of Giselle, the lead character. It was decided that Ariane will act as Giselle. Then, we discovered that Mizpah was rejected from the Jazz Chanters because of her movement. Now, because Ariane already accepted the role, we just continued to make the play with Ariane as Giselle. Mizpah's father went to school and they said that Mizpah cried because of that replacement so Ma'am Mae had to talk to us because she is concerned to this matter because we are talking of the play which was a requirement for her subject. We made sure that we fixed the problem with ourselves so we said sorry to Mizpah for the wrong things we have done. I really hope the play is going to go well.

Still Ordinary...
This week, nothing much special happened to me. Sunday, as usual, I went to school because we are going to have our practice again. This practice is for the Saliw Dance Concert. All of us are working hard to make that concert a great success. This day, I only practiced for the first half of the day. I did this because I still have many things to do like assignments and projects. When I was in the jeepney, two of my co-Saliw members rode the jeepney. These two were Jules from 2-H (I think) and Maryel from 2-N. I was laughing at two people who rode the jeepney as well. I think those two were gays. Maryel also saw them and we were laughing but we were just communicating through cellphone because the two might hear what we were talking about. The next days, it was still ordinary. Assignments, seatworks, and a lot of studying. The only time I enjoy is our English time. This is because I enjoy practicing for our play. I think all of us are really having fun while we are rehearsing for our play. Saturday, we had the last Saturday class so I was so happy for that. This week was not that special for me.

Whole Week in School
Sunday this week, I went to the practice of SALIW at school. I went there with Lance. We saw Patricia Tiongco, a second year student from the Nitrogen class, at the bus. She was also heading to school because she is also a SALIW member and not only a member, she is one of the officers. We three were the earliest to arrive in school and we thought we are already going to be late that morning but we were wrong. Soon, the others arrived and we started warming up and then we practiced the Street Dance. I am having a hard time memorizing all those steps being taught to us. Good thing Patty, the one who teaches us, is patient in teaching us those steps. I only practiced for the first half of the day. The rest of the day, I was doing my assignments and projects. The next day, I and my service mates were late for the flag ceremony but we were not the only ones who were late. There were very many late students like us. Sir Tom instructed us to make a promissory note that we will not be late anymore. A funny thing happened when I was writing the letter. Ma'am Arceo, our adviser, arrived and was looking on the faces of the late students. She saw Chelzza, Vhil, and Lance who hid near the vehicles but she didn't see me even I am just in front of her writing the note. I was laughing because of that. After writing the letter, we had our own flag ceremony in front of the flag. It was lead by my service mate, Ronnel Papa. After our flag ceremony, we went to the gym to have a mass from Sir Tom. (It is not really a mass. I just said it was a mass because Sir Tom gave us sermons.) After that, we went back to our classroom but we were absent for the first subject which is MATH. The next days, were ordinary days for me. Saturday came and honestly, I brought my cellphone with me because I thought that we will not have ordinary classes that day. We also had the Career Orientation that day. This whole week, I spent most of my time in school. I can really say that it is hard to be a student of this school but I will still stay as long as I can.

Birthdays, PTs, Clean-ups, and Saturday Classes
This week, our teachers were saying the announcements for the Saturday class. They said that the days for taking the Periodic Tests were Friday and Saturday, then it was moved to Thursday and Friday. They also told us that we will wear the Type C clothing and I planned to wear my Marc Ecko shoe but they also changed what they said and told us that we have to wear our school uniform. Thursday, it was the first day of our taking of the Periodic Tests in Math, English, Filipino, and Advanced Statistics. Among these four subjects, I only reviewed English and Advanced Statistics because we need to memorize parts of the Divine Comedy in English and we need to memorize formulas for Advanced Statistics. After taking the exams, we went to Joshua Quinto's house because he invited us to go there because it was his birthday. We ate there and after we eat, we went home because I still need to make my mask and review. When I reached home, I immediately did the designs for my mask up to about 7:00 pm. I was not able to review for that night because I slept early. Early the next day, I reviewed for my AP exam because some of the topics was discussed when I was excused. The exams I took that day was Chemistry, Physics, AP, MAPEH and Anal Geom. Among these 5 subjects, I only reviewed AP. This day was also the birthday of John Paul. He gave us Pancit to eat. In the afternoon, we were instructed to clean the field but only a few of us cleaned and the others are in our room, watching the movie Enchanted so I got angry. Actually until know I am not talking to those people except for some that cleaned after John Paul told them to but to those who even got angry to us, I will not talk to them unless they apologize to us. Saturday, I bought ice cream and we ate it and I think I will enjoy Saturday classes because we will always eat ice cream at lunch time.

First Time Migraine!
Sunday, my mind is still thinking of things that are concerning me. One is about my feelings and one is about a new YFC. This guy is named Jerome and I was his facilitator when he had his camp last December 29 and 30. He is a Born Again Christian and he was given the gift of prophecy. This gift is a gift from God wherein He will give you dreams or signs or He Himself will talk to you about the future or command you to fulfill you mission. God talked to Jerome and He said that His 2nd coming is near and Jerome must preach about his 2nd coming on our Welcome Party and he did what God told him to do. Now, the problem is that our coordinators thought that he is doing things that they are doing in their church and influencing us. They even talked to some of the service team about Jerome and they are thinking if they are going to give him a covenant ID. For me, it is painful because I am his facilitator and I am one of the people who convinced him to join YFC. The whole day of Sunday, I was doing my assignments and thinking about my problems. The next day, I was not able to go to school because of headache. I think this is because of thinking too much. Tuesday, I went to school already because I felt better. Anal Geom time, I already felt dizzy. Filipino time, the right side of my vision was already becoming blurred so I already went to the clinic and the upper left side of my face was severely aching. I also vomited 4 times there and one more time when I was in our car when my father fetched me. I drank medicine and immediately went to sleep. The next day, my head was still aching but not that much. I already went to an ophthalmologist to let my eyes checked and the doctor said that I only experienced migraine. The next day, I still did not went to school to have my rest. Friday, I went to school and declaimed at English time and fortunately, I was picked as one of the best performers of the class. The next day, Saliw had a practice but I was not able to go because my parents did not allow me. I hope God helps me as well as the other leaders about Jerome. *sigh*

Another Very Busy Week for Me And a Confusing One Too!
Sunday, I just stayed home and rested. I am also preparing for the upcoming week because I know that it will be a busy week. Monday, we went to the venue of the camp to assure the administrators that our camp will be pushed through. Unfortunately, the principal which is a nun was not there so we just asked one co-YFC member to sent a text message to the principal regarding the usage of the facilities. The principal agreed so our venue is already confirmed. Then, I went to Sm Dasmarinas because I have planned to buy the shoes I have wanted for a long time. I first looked at the American Boulevard but I was not able to see a good shoe there. I went to Tribal and I saw a shoe that I like but it was very plain for me. Lastly, I went to the shoe section of the Department Store and I saw a shoe that I really liked. It is a shoe of Mark Ecko. It cost 3890 pesos and I bought it. That night, Abby texted me that we need to make the ID's for the camp so I went to their house and there is also Maejae and Bryan. We did the ID's for the Youth Camp the next day. When we finished it and I reached home, I immediately packed up my things and went to sleep. The next day, I woke up at 5:30 am and I am late because I need to be in 7-11 at 6:00 am. I immediately fixed myself and went to 7-11 and headed to Colegio de Sta. Rosa. This is the venue of the camp. I am a facilitator and the camp did well but one of our coordinators got angry. It is ok for us because we understand her side. December 30, the camp ended. I slept immediately after reaching home and I woke up at about 6:00 pm. I went to the house of a co-YFC member, Tosca, or as I call her, Most. I gave her a t-shirt from Quezon that she wanted and we chatted until about 9:00 pm. That time I already went home because it is already late. December 31, I was excited for the new year celebration. That night, I went to church with some of my cousins and friends. Mei, a co-YFC member, is also with us and as well as her brother. She is my crush because she so nice, cute, and she is also a servant of God. New Year's Eve came and I ate and watched the fireworks of our neighbors. I also went to the house of Abby and Clarice to greet them a happy new year. They went in our house and they stayed there until about 6:00 in the morning. January 1, we had our Annual Family Reunion of the Punzalan Family. The next day, it was the Welcome Party of the participants of the previous camp. I had fun this day. After this, we headed to the church to attend the mass. When we went home, I realized that my feelings for Mei already grew more than a crush. This feeling is confusing because I love another girl, Most. I got confused of my feelings. This blog is the longest blog I think I've made and this is also the most personal one. I hope my feelings would make it clear to me because I am really confused.
