Yey! I love Vacations!

Sunday, our Pharmacy staffs had their Christmas Party at our house. That time, my head was aching because of the practice of Saliw the day before. The next day, I went to Tamio's because we head our Welcome Party and Covenant for the new YFCs from the High School Based program of CNSHS. After that, we planned to go to Chowking but there was no place to park the jeepney so only I, Lance, and Ate Nadine was able to eat there. Tuesday, the YFC Community Based leaders namely, I, Abby, Ate GLorz, Inchet, Andrei, Khirran, and the Team Leaders for the camp, Maejae and Bryan, had a meeting in Andrei's house. The tension against Bryan and Ate Glorz was great because they were talking about the camp. After the meeting, I went home because we are going to go to Mandaluyong, in our uncle's house, because we will spend Christmas here. We arrived there when it was already dark. The next day, we went to Shangri-La Plaza because another uncle of ours came home from Singapore. Thursday, December 24, we played basketball with another guy also from the same subdivision as my cousin and we won the match. After playing basketball, we swam and that time, my parents with my siblings and other cousins arrived. Night of that day, we went to church. Midnight, we ate and opened the gifts. I loved the gifts I received. Dec. 25, we went to Power Plant Mall and there, I looked for shoes and we also saw Christine Reyes and Ara Mina. They are very beautiful and has a white complexion. Saturday, I had my rest. This week, I became really busy and I think, it would be the same next week.

Christmas Party! Near Christmas Vacation! Hohoho!

December 13, YFC Trece had our Team Building for the upcoming Youth Camp we were planning for. It was held at a resort here in Trece called Tamio's. After the program, we went to Capitol Hills Subdivision going from house to house inviting friends of ours to join the Youth Camp. We were also texting our friends from afar also inviting them to join. Each day, I am getting more excited for the Christmas Party and finally, it came! The parents have to go to the school so I went to school with my father with the same time because I also need to bring my drums because our band will use it. The early half of the day, we thought that we were going to have our classes. We were happy to know that we will just prepare and clean. We arranged the plants, arranged the chairs, put back the chairs, and many more. The long wait has finally finished! We changed our clothes and our band decided to wear a necktie to add impact on our look! Actually, I think it worked! LOL. The first thing in the program is to eat our lunch. Then, we danced for the audition for 3rd year students. We also played games like newspaper dance, pinoy henyo, water relay, and many more. Our band played I think 4 songs in total. The most enjoyed game was the longest line. We really tried our best to win. We even lied down to make the line longer. Fortunately, we won! Yes! We also had to pose to have the best class picture. After posing, I was told to lead the closing prayer and I can say that it is a great privilege for me. After praying, some of us sang the song "Star ng Pasko" while looking on the giant lantern on the 2nd floor of the Maliksi Bldg. This day was so much fun! I was not able to go to school the next day because my body was aching. Friday, the 1st entrance exam was held. Saturday, we had our 1st practice for the Project STARS of the Saliw. I really enjoyed this week! I hope it can happen again!

A Pinch of Fun

Sunday, I went to the house of a co-YFC member from Trece. Actually, she is my partner for being a Chapter Head. Her name is Princess Wednesday Sambile or as we call her here in Trece, Inchet. I went there because we had our Youth Camp Training Program for the upcoming Youth Camp of YFC Trece. I went to 7-11 here in Trece at about 6:30 am because it was our meeting place. We have completed and departed at about 8:30 to 9:00 am. I had fun that day. Tuesday, December 8, it was the feast day of the patron saint of Naic, Immaculate Concepcion. As a form of thanking for the blessings we are receiving, it became a part of the tradition of the Filipinos to prepare food and invite friends to go to our house to eat. Carisse brought viand for us to eat like siomai, lumpia, and more. I did not eat the viand I brought anymore. Saturday, our band, the Between Benevolence, planned to go to SM Bacoor to buy gifts and to practice for the Christmas Party because we are gonna play that day. The plan was followed and as planned, we bought gifts. I bought an ID holder for our year level exchange gift. I also joined in the exchange gift in the room but I forgot who I picked! I just bought 2 mugs that has good designs on it so that the receiver is gonna appreciate it. I also bought a polo shirt for myself and I planned to wear it on the Christmas Party. Afterwards, we headed to Lyric to practice the songs we are going to play and we practiced Magasin by Eraserheads. I am really looking forward on having the Christmas Party next week! I can't wait!

High School Based Program of CNSHS Has Risen!

Sunday and Monday, I had my rest day. I was really exhausted from the camp of YFC but it was really worth our time and our energy. The last night and this day, I was receiving text messages from the participants and service teams about the camp. They were saying that they were very happy that we brought YFC in our school. They said that YFC changed a big part of their lives and they are promising that they would be active in serving God. These messages are touching the hearts of us service teams because we were the instruments of God to reach those hearts of the participants. Tuesday, when we had our worship, we were surprised how the circle got a lot bigger than before. That week, every time we had our worship, I see most of the YFC's in our school in the circle. We planned to have our first ever household on the free time when it's Friday that week and as planned, it was pushed through and it went well. Of course, the first thing we did was to have an opening prayer to ask guidance from Him in everything we are about to do. Then, we had an activity wherein we thought of an animal and write it on a piece of paper and it will be read aloud while the others will guess who the writer was. I thought of a dolphin because fishes have feelings too right? LOL. The real reason is that can be appreciated by many people =) . After the activity, we played one of the games we played on the camp which is called "Archer, Rabbit, Wall". Then, we had our worship and almost all are singing the songs. After wards, we danced "Paketome" and it was so much fun, everyone was verry happy. The first ever household of ours went really well.

Excitement Is Running Through My Veins

This week, I am waiting for the Math Festival, which is a project of the Calgeotrist Club or the Math Club. I am one of the contestants of the third year level. I am competing for the Rubik's Cube Competition. Monday, all of us were attending our classes. Tuesday, the Jazz Chanters were excused for their classes because they have to practice for their Jazz Chant to be prepared for the competition they are in. I was scared of Vhan Klifford Bendo of the Sophomores. This is because of the descriptions of my classmates about Vhan's Rubik's fixing skills so Wednesday, I asked our adviser, Ma'am Arceo, if I can be excused for my classes because I need to practice for the competition I am in. Fortunately, she accepted my request and I am trying to make my record. The day came and I won! I was very happy that I won against my schoolmates. After the Math Festival, we had the first ever Youth Camp of the CNSHS High School Based Program of the Youth for Christ. In this camp, I became the facilitator of 4 of the 4th year boys participants, namely, Kuya Paulo, Kuya Harry, Kuya Ronnel, and Kuya Kim. The next day was the highlight of the camp because this day, the one to one's, the baptism, and the 5th talk was conducted. After the camp, I was so happy that the Youth Camp made a very big impact to the participants. My members were all thankful that I became an instrument of God that made their relationship with Him stronger. My classmates were also thanking me for inviting them to the camp. These were the highlights of my week and I really enjoyed this week.

At Last! The Day Has Come!

Sunday this week, I, with Lance, Joshua, Nikko, and Arrenzo, went to Pau's house because we need to make a Math Jingle for our Math subject the next day. At first, we weren't able to make a song or find a song that we will have to edit for the Math Jingle because there were many distractions. We even watched the fight of Manny Pacquiao and Miguel Cotto with the co-family members of Pau. After watching, we really tried to be serious in making it. At first, we decided to use the tune of Boom Boom Pow by Black Eyed Peas but we have agreed to use the tune of Beat It by Micheal Jackson afterwards. Fortunately, we were able to finish it and we also had our haircut together. The day I've been waiting for came, my birthday! When I woke up, I received text messages from my friends greeting me. At school, it was our first day in our new room in the Maliksi Building. We performed our Math Jingle and it went fine. Lunch time, my classmates are asking me if I am to give them a blow-out so I, with Lance and Nikko, went outside to buy 4 boxes of pizza for the whole class. Dismissal time came and I was very excited to go home because my parents bought food for my service mates and that day, I was also expecting someone special for me to go in our house. This person is Tosca or as I call her, most. Unfortunately, she was not able to come because she was too busy to go. This days are the highlight of my week.

A Week Before a Special Day

Sunday this week, November 8, I went to La Paz Homes, Brgy. Hugo Perez because we had a meeting with my co-YFC members for our camp. We also practiced the steps for the song entitled "Yasia Fiesta" because we were invited to go and make a presentation for the Couples for Christ Family Ministry Assembly that was held at that same day. There, we saw a coordinator of ours in YFC which we have not seen for a long time. We also presented there in front of the Couples for Christ, Singles for Christ, Kids for Christ, and other Youths for Christ. After the assembly, I went to church because we were the choir for that day. Monday afternoon, after classes, we were hearing screams from the 1st years and the 2nd years so we observed them. As we have read their lips, we discovered that we will have no classes the next day. We also knew, by reading their lips also, that reason behind it is that a seminar will be held in the school but we did not know what kind of seminar it was so when our adviser told it to us, we were not that surprised. Friday this week was Friday the 13th and I had a bad experience with this day when I was a 1st year student. When I was wiping the floor, my pants ripped so the whole day, I just stayed in our room and I even tried to fix it by putting staple wires on it. Fortunately, nothing bad happened to me. Saturday, I went to a team building in Emer's house for the camp in the school. I only stayed until noon because I, with my family, was supposed to go to SM Dasmarinas because my birthday is near. I am excited for my birthday!

I love resting...but not FOREVER!

November 1, Sunday, I and my relatives went to the Trece Martires Public Cemetery as we have done every year when the All Saint's Day come. I am also confused to the tradition of most Filipinos. November 1 is the All Saint's Day and November 2 is the All Soul's Day. Most of us Filipinos go to the cemeteries to visit our dead relative on November 1 instead of going there on November 2. But this is our tradition so I'll just follow what I see and experienced since I was brought to life. November 2, we did not have our classes because it was declared a holiday. That day, I just rested at home because I was tired the day before. The next days, we just checked our periodic tests so it was just like resting in school and when we reached home, we rest again because most of our assignment those days were just the parent's signature for our periodic tests. Once again, I can say that I am proud with my scores because they are quite high. These exam scores were not results of cheating. I became honest in answering those periodic test so I am really proud. Even though I got low grade in other subjects like Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and others, I am still proud and accept all the scores given to me because I know I deserve these scores.

Semestral break!

Monday this week, i was excused and missed my classes because I had sore throat and toothache because of the Regional Youth Conference last October 24 and 25 in Lucban, Quezon. I have planned on going to school about 11:30 am to 12:20 pm to get my books so that I can review for the periodic tests that was given the next day. Unfortunately, I was not able to go because my father did not allow me to go out of the house and just rest so that I can go to school the next day. The PT days came. I was quite nervous because I was not able to review for it. I am proud to say that my conscience is clear. This is because I did not copy from any of my classmates, I did not use a kodigo, and I did not ask my classmates any question about answers on the exam. As usual, we had our half day for the first day of the exams. When I reached home, people were very busy in preparing food for the feast day of our saint, Saint Jude Thaddeus. I was not able to help because I am reviewing for the tests. I promised my self to change my attitude and just do what I can and not be dependent to others. The next day, after our PT, 4 of my classmates went in our house to eat and celebrate the feast day with us. the next days were semestral break for us because camps were conducted in our school and the vigil was not pushed through because of a storm that came in our country. 'Till next time.

A Week of Preparations

This week, some of my classmates were pulled out from classes because they will review or prepare for the contests they will join. John Paul, Nino Rey, and Aries are preparing for a Science contest. Lara, Vhil, Nicole, and Camille are reviewing for a Mathematics contest. Maedenne is preparing for an Essay Writing contest and Robert, and Lance are preparing for the jazz chant. Some of our teachers are also busy in reviewing the contestants that is why they were not able to attend our class and just gave us seatworks. Only some of our teachers are attending our classes. When I am done doing the seatworks given to us, I am busy reading a book for our book report in Filipino III. I am trying to finish reading it as soon as possible because I
just borrowed it from my classmate and he gave me a month to finish reading this book. The book was entitled "Ang Tundo Man May Langit Din" and it was written by Andres Cristobal Cruz. This week, I was also preparing for the Regional Youth Conference of YFC that was held in Lucban, Quezon last October 24-25, 2009. Overall, this week was happy and fun.

Typical Week

This week was just an ordinary week. For me, nothing very special happened for this week. As usual, we had seatworks, assignments, and discussions with our subjects. Some of my classmates were also excused for many reasons. Most of their reasons is that they are preparing for contests that will be held soon. Wednesday this week, the third year students were given a chance for joining in the Liriko Club. I tried my luck and joined this audition prepared by the Liriko officers. As a group, we sang a song from Youth for Christ. This song was "Your Love is Extravagant". When the officers told us to sing individually, I sang anothet YFC song. This song was entitled "Adonai". I was happy when one of the officers of the Liriko Club told me that I passed their prepared audition and I became a member of the Liriko Club. This week was fun and happy for me.

Exam Week for Me

Because I was preparing for the WCSU meet last week, I was not able to take the periodic tests so I took it this week. It's a good thing that some of my teachers didn't make me take the exams for their subjects. They just took the highest grade of my classmate and that became my score too. In MAPEH, I was exempted in the periodic test because I was a player of Table Tennis for the West Cavite Sports Unit (WCSU) meet. I also tried to adjust myself so that I can cope up to the lessons I've missed because of being excused from my classes when I was preparing for the WCSU meet. It was quite hard for me to cope up with our lessons specially when there are many lessons that I have missed. Good thing my classmates are there to entertain many of my questions about our lessons and they let me borrow their notebooks so that I can fully understand the lessons that I have missed. Overall, I think this week gives me the "nosebleed" because of the reviewing and coping up to my lessons.

The Devastating Storm Ondoy

After the WCSU meet, I have relaxed. This week, the devastating happening occurred in the Philippines, particularly in Marikina and Cainta, Rizal. The storm named "Ondoy" entered the area of responsibility of the Philippines with a danger for people living in Luzon. Everyone was feeling bad about what happened with our countrymen. Many have died because of drowning because of the great flood particularly in Marikina and Rizal. My cousins live in Cainta, Rizal that's why we were very worried about them. They live in Vista Verde and we saw in the news that that subdivision was severely damaged by the strong storm. Because of this happenings, we did not have classes last Monday. I was really wondering why our school did not suspend classes last Tuesday although all the schools in Maragondon suspended their classes. We were so happy that our classes were suspended from Wednesday up to Friday. Those days, I became quite busy because we did our projects. The typhoon victims were really pitiful that is why I really wanted to donate my clothes and food to them as soon as possible. It's a good thing my mother is conducting a medical mission for the victims that is why I was able to give some of my clothes for the victims to use.

The Moment I've Been Waiting For

M0nday this week, we did not have classes because it was the celebration of the Ramadan of the Muslims. Tuesday and Wednesday, I, Arrenzo, and AJ went to Bucal National High School for our practice for the WCSU meet. Our uniform was also given that day. Thursday came which is the day of the WCSU meet. We went to Tanza for the parade and for the games because Tanza was the host for this year's WCSU meet. The Table Tennis event was held in a room in Tanza Trade High School. Honestly, I was really nervous that time. For my first game, I played against the player of Trece Martires City, my hometown. If I was not studying in Maragondon, probably, I became the player of Table Tennis for Trece. Our match lasted for three sets and luckily, I won our game. My next opponent was a player from Tanza. I was nervous that time because I know that players of Tanza are good at Table Tennis. Fortunately, I won the game that also lasted for three sets. My third and fourth game was the decision game whether I will go to represent the WCSU for the Provicial Meet. Unfortunately, I lost both games against General Trias. Even though I was not able to get the gold medal, I was still happy because I enjoyed all my matches because all of my matches were close fights.

More Practice!

I and Arrenzo are practicing on our MAPEH periods. We are practicing Table Tennis for the upcoming WCSU meet. We really are trying our best to improve our skills in playing because we really want to be chosen as representative for the Provincial Meet. Wednesday this week, we asked Sir Tom if we will still go to Bucal National High School to practice with our coach. He said that we will if our coach will send an excuse letter for us but we suggested to just have our practice in school while our coach is not yet giving our training program. Sir agreed to our suggestion and that day, I, Arrenzo, and Aj practiced. That afternoon, while we were practicing, I had to pee so I went to the comfort room in the Gym. Unfortunately, I was locked in the comfort room. Luckily, Arrenzo was cleaning his racket near the comfort room and he noticed that I was taking time in the comfort room so he checked. We tried to open the door. I found the brush for cleaning the toilet and it has a hook. I used its hook to open the door and fortunately, I succeeded to open the door. Thursday that week, we also practiced for the whole day while we are waiting for our coach. This time, our coach sent someone to bring our training program but we weren't able to go to Bucal because Sir Tom won't accompany us so we just waited for the next day. Friday, we finally went to Bucal but we also came back to school for the intrams. I played basketball and we lost but I became the champion for Table Tennis and so as to other third year singles players. Overall, this week was a great week.

Week for Fun and Sports

Sunday this week, I went to DLSU - Dasmarinas with my co-YFC members for our Regional Youth Conference. There, I joined the individual dance showdown wherein I , representing our sector, luckily won 1st runner-up in this category. Monday, we did not have classes so this day became my rest day. The next day, we, the WCSU players, arranged our papers for the upcoming WCSU meet and immediately headed to Bucal National High School for our Medical Examination. We have started our practice for our games this week. There is something I heard that we will have our intramurals friday this week so I became excited. Friday came and most of us were happy because we will have our intramurals, meaning, we will have shortened period for our subjects. Another reason of excitement for me is that we are going to perform our poetry interpretation. We have prepared for this and we are aiming to get the prize because these prizes will surely help us. This day ended happily even though I was not able to play table tennis. Overall, I can say that this week is in favor for me.

My Crafts

Monday this week, we didn't have classes but I still went to school because we had practice for our presentation for the Linggo ng Wika celebration. I also tried to contact the players of district last year because the district meet was held tha day before that. September 2, we had our district meet and we did not have any coach that is why they appointed me as the team leader for table tennis. I was the first one to play among the players of our school. I played against the representative of Maragondon National Science High School and luckily, I won. Immediately after that, I played against the player of Bucal National Science High School and I won again so I was chosen as the representative of Maragondon for the WCSU meet as well as some the rest of our players except for one. Afternoon that day, we had our Linggo ng Wika celebreation and I was one of the 3rd yr. students who did a presentation in the stage and I think it went well so I was happy. Over all, this week was great for me because I did things that I want to do.

Vacation for us!

August 26, the fourth years had their National Career Assessment Examinations or NCAE. This was good news for us because we did not have classes for that day so the day before that, our class planned for an outing. We planned to swim in Hardin ng Postema in Tanza. the day of our outing came and that morning, we were already texting all our classmates to confirm if most of us will join. Only 6 of our class went in our planned outing, namely, me, Lance, Matuts, Ocamps, Arrenzo, and Pau. Buut even only 6 of us came, we were still happy and we enjoyed our outing. In fact, we were the only people in the resort that time that is why it was just like a private resort that we rented. This day was the highlight of that week. I hope we can have another outing but the whole class is there.

Disappointment . . .

The High School Based Program of Youth for Christ in the school, where I am a member and officer, have planned of having a Youth Camp to be conducted in our school. This Youth Camp is open to all students of CNSHS regardless of their religion. We became busy on preparing the things needed for this camp. We are also getting help from other YFC members from other places like Bailen, Trece, Mendez, Imus, Bacoor, and many more towns in Cavite. We were so happy that most of our co-yfc members are trying their very best to help us in this camp. There is just one problem. Our principal, who is on leave, havge not yet signed on the approval letter of conducting our camp in the school. If she did not approve of having tha camp in the school, then it will just break everything that we have prepared and that was what we were scared of. Finally, Thursday came and our principal went to school. We grabbed the opportunity to let her sign on our letter. Emer brought the news to me about the letter. At first, I cannot beleive of what he said to me. He told me that Ma'am De Vera did not approve of having the camp. That news broke my heart because I am really looking forward on having this camp but it will not be pushed through. I was really disappointed. I just hope that someday, we may be able to conduct this youth camp that we are dreaming of.

A Week of Exhaustion

This week, many things happened. Everyone was surprised because of the announcement that the husband of our principal died of heart attack. We were worried for Ma'am De Vera because we know that it is hard for her to move on. This week was also our exam week so we need to study harder than usual. Honestly, this kind of weeks are the times I do not like the most. I also admit that I have copied in our exams. After taking the exams, I feel guilty of copying and I promised to try my best in taking the next tests. The weekends of the same week were very exhausting for me and my friends in YFC. This is because we had our first Central Sectoral Youth Conference. I am one of the leaders that is why I was also very busy but everything went well that is why all our hardships are worth it. All in all, this week is a blast.

Farewell to a Democracy Icon

August 1, 2009, the Filipinos were surprised of Noynoy Aquino's announcement. His mother, Corazon "Cory" Aquino, died from cardio-respiratory attack. Most of the Filipinos got sad because of his bad news. We all know that she was suffering from colon cancer. Maybe death is the only solution to end her suffering from her illness. The friends and family of Cory Aquino prayed for the end her suffering and God granted it to us. Because of her death, her name can be heard everywhere in the Philippines. Almost every news in the television is related to Tita Cory. Many paid tribute to her by many ways. Some are putting yellow ribbons outside their cars and some are making the yellow ribbon as an accessory. August 05, many Filipinos waited on the streets for the truck that carries her coffin to pass by. This day was the day when her body will be put beside her husband's body. All schools did not have classes so we can watch out for the march. The next day, her funeral service was the talk of the town again. People in all walks of life are talking about her. This just shows that Cory Aquino had a great impact in us Filipinos and she is a great loss for us. Goodbye Corazon "Cory" Aquino. We will all miss you. We hope you become happy where ever you are.

The Heart of Worship

"I'm coming back to the heart of worship. And it's all about you. It's all about you Jesus." This week, the YFC, Youth For Christ, High School based of CNSHS started having its worship session every afternoon of the day. I was really happy because of that. The number of students joining the worship session is increasiing every day and this is good because it shows that many students want to get closer with God. Every time we have our worship, we try to encourage more and more students to join us because we know that if the number of people who pray all together will make our prayer stronger. By this, God may grant our prayers and He will be happy that more people kneel down and bow before Him. This is our mission. All people in the world must kneel down before Him and we are trying our best to accomplish this mission as soon as possible for the glory of the Lord. Let us all give thanks and worship our God. Weshould not forget that He is the one who gave everything we experience now.

Soya Wonders

This week, an activity was held by the Science Club in our Gymnasium. The activity was about making malunggay capsules, soya products like tofu and soya milk, and virgin coconut oil. At first, I thought that making malunggay capsules is very hard but I was wrong. It is just easy to make. It is easier to make than the soya products and the VCO. The domonstrators gave free taste of the soya milk made. This soya milk was naturally made and it tastes good. people in the school all wanted to taste it. Of course I tasted it because of curiosity. The bad thing is that my stomach ached and I think it's all because of the soya milk. When I got home that day, I immediately went to our bathroom and tried to release what is inside of me.Hahahaha. The aching of my stomach did not end there. It lasted for about four or five days. That is why I promised to myself not to drink soya milk again.

Lesson learned: Do not drink soya milk if you are not sure if there is reaction that will take place in your stomach.

A spoonful of examinations and a pinch of fun

Last July 8 and 9, my classmates had their periodical tests. I was excused when they got their PT. I had my periodical tests for almost all of my subjects this week. I had quite a hard time in reviewing for the periodical test because some of the topics was discussed when I was excused that is why I needed to ask my classmates how the concepts work. It is quite hard for me to cope up with the lessons being discussed by our teachers. This is because I was excused for a long time. Last Thursday, we had our induction of club officers. Between Benevolence band, wherein I am the drummer, played That's What You Get by Paramore as an icebreaker. We did not have sufficient practice that is why our presentation is not that great but it went well. I felt good after playing in front of our schoolmates. This is how my week went.

I hate Dengue!

Last June 30, Tuesday, I went home from school at about 11:00 am because I was not feeling well. Thursday of that week, I had my first blood test and at night of the same day, my mother injected me with dextrose. My platelet count was continuously dropping until it became 61,000 platelets last Saturday of the same week. Because of my low platelet count, may parents decided to admit me in Korea Philippines Friendship Hospital here in Trece. It was so boring in the room I am in. There is no means of entertainment. The only things I was doing there were sleep, eat, and use my cellphone. July 7, Tuesday, I went home and I was so happy that time because finally I can watch the television again. July 10, Friday, I went to school and I was so lucky because there are no classes that day. We had a research symposium that day, hosted by the Research Club.

Giving up?

Last June 29, our teacher asked us if we have thought of giving up. I already thought of giving up for many times specially in terms of studying in my current school. When I was in 1st year, I really want to go back to my previous school because I miss the environment there. I even cried for many times just to show my parents that I really want to go back in a school located in Trece Martires City, my hometown. When I was in 2nd year, I still wanted to go to another school but I did not do it because I do not want to disappoint my parents and my closest friends in CNSHS are telling me not to go. This year, I would still like to transfer because of more reasons than when I was in 2nd year. I am thinking that starting this schoolyear, the school will be more boring than the last two years. But because, like what I said earlier, I do not want to disappoint my parents that is why I will finish what I have started. I will just grab this once in a lifetime opprtunity that many other students want. This is the end of my blog. 'Till next week.

Rest, rest, rest

I really love when classes are suspended due to storm. It is because we will have enough time to sleep and just rest in our homes the whole day. This happened last Wednesday and Thursday. I was already dressed up and ready to go to school when my father told me that classes are suspended because of the storm Feria. I was very happy and removed my school uniform. I immediately went back to bed to get some more sleep. The whole day, I was just watching the television, sleeping, and playing my speed stacks with my cousins. Last Thursday, I did not get dressed any more because I saw a text message in my cellphone that we will not have classes. And it really is true. I watched the television when I woke up and I saw that we will not have classes again. I was really hoping that classes last Friday will also be suspended but the stor is already quite far from Cavite that is why I know that classes will resume.

Blog ended.

Typical but Frustrating

An ordinary week had passed again. As usual, we had assignments again. Some teachers do not understand our situation. What I mean is that they are telling us that we are not studying their subject that is why we are getting low scores. They should realize that their subject is not the only thing we are studying. He/She should give considerations to us students because we have other responsibilities other than her subject. We have 11 subjects in all and he/she should give us some rest. Our brains need rest too. He/She always tells us about our section. I know that we are the Nitrogen class but he/she do not need to rub it in. He/She have a very big expectation for us. I think this is enough for now. I already told what I've been feeling this week so I think its fine to end this blog for now. 'Till next week high tech blog.

A Tiring Week

This week is a week of assignments. There was no day that we would not have assignments. I know that the teachers only give us assignments for our own good but these assignments are very difficult and they give assignments all at the same time. Almost all of us only had a maximum of 6-8 hours of sleep because of these assignments. I can really say that this week can be called the "Assignment Week". We do not only experience assignments but also quizzes. Our teachers said that they are giving us quizzes to test if we understood our assignments and I accept that reason because it makes sense.

A shocking announcement was given to us and the other third year students last Wednesday. Our adviser went shouting to tell our subject teacher that there is a very bad news and all of us was puzzled about the bad news. Finally, she told it to us. She said that we will have to go to another room. We had mixed emotions. We became sad because most of the parents have aloted their time and effort for our room to be a better classroom for us. On the other side, we were quiet happy because we will not have classes for the rest of the day which most of us like. So we moved our things in our new room and cleaned it.

Last Thursday was our last day of school for that week because it is Independence Day on June 12 which was last Friday. As usual, our teachers gave assignments again. We also had our flag retreat last Friday.

This is the end of my blog for now. 'Till next week.

My first week in school

I had a wonderful vacation but unfortunately, it had to end because school days are here again. On our first day, I met my new classmates and our new subject teachers. On our second day, my classmates and I, same as the others sections, had our diagnostic test. We were supposed to be dismissed at lunch break meaning it is half day but our teacher announced that we will be dismissed by 5:00 pm. The other half of the day will be the continuation of brigada eskwela. On the 3rd day, we had our diagnostic test again and half of our day was spent for our clubs. I chose the YSC club because I really love sports. On the 4th day, we already started our classes with our subject teachers and my scouting uniform was given to me. On our last day, we wore our scouting uniforms but others did not because they had the wrong size of shirts or they haven't received their uniforms.

This week was quite fun and I hope that next week, is double the fun this week
